View from South Kessock

The Ross-shire village of North Kessock lies on the north shore of the narrows between the Moray and the Beauly Firths, opposite the city of Inverness, capital of the Highlands of Scotland.

For hundreds of years a ferry plied between South and North Kessock, providing the direct link between Inverness and the Black Isle - a peninsula of  farmland and forest rich in thousands of years of history.
